What a glorious room! We got takeout from RuYI and ate it sitting at the high-top table in our room looking out at the glorious view! Then we hit the casino floor and had a great time there, too! Truly a wonderful stay and a fabulous experience. Tall ceilings (15 ft at least!), beautiful furnishings, switch controls for lights/curtains. Comfy alcove with a sofa, coffee table, 2nd TV. We strive to provide exceptional quality, from decor to food to customer service, and it is disappointing to learn the we did not hit the mark during your visit. I was impressed that she'd noted it and worked to give it to us-great customer service! She put us on the 19th floor (the top!!), and when we got there we were amazed. Upon arrival, the desk agent noted that my preference on the reservation was for a high floor.
